- We do not accept Returns (unless faulty) due to the soul of our stock being Consignment.
- All purchases are posted on Mondays or Thursday mornings so please keep this in mind when requiring items urgently
- Pricing on website is in Australian $ (AUD) and GST included
- We reserve the right to vary prices of products on our website at any time, at our absolute discretion

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our product and our stock being on consignment basis. If you have received a faulty product please contact us immediately to arrange a return and provide photo evidence. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Terms of service
We suggest that whenever you want or can do asks us for extra images or details to be sent to you of any item you are interested in. Remember you are purchasing preloved or vintage items that may or will usually have some imperfections.
NWOT- New without tag-Often Flawless
Excellent- No flaws, no scratches, no marks or stains.
Very Good- May show some very minor flaws such as washing, or fine light marks, scratches. Often require close inspection to show their minor flaws
Good- Shows some expected wear for its age. Possibly some discolouration, slight fabric pulling, leather scuffing, interiors or innersoles may be less than perfect but still very wearable without affecting the aesthetics of the piece
Fair- Some stains, pulls or markings on fabric or leather.
Our Fee
Sammy and Sid is one of very few consignment stores in Sydney that will accept all labels. We understand that many women have a varied range in their own wardrobes, therefore we are offer a one stop drop off shop.
We take 60% of agreed sale price unless discussed differently with you.
On some high end A grade quality designer bags/clothes in high demand we take up to 70% of agreed sale price.
